The physicians
and professional staff of Lexington Eye Associates are pleased to
be able to care for you and your entire family. For over thirty
years, we have provided our valued patients with the highest quality
eye health services. Despite today's changing-and sometimes confusing-health
care environment, we continue to understand our patients' needs
and strive to deliver the finest specialized treatment in accessible
and convenient settings.
Lexington Eye
Associates offers a full range of ophthalmic services to patients
of all ages. These services include comprehensive adult and pediatric
eye examinations, diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases, both
medical and surgical; as well as emergency and in-hospital eye care.
We provide complete contact lens services in our Contact Lens Department.
Our staff also includes several orthoptists who specialize in evaluating
and treating children with eye muscle imbalances and "lazy" eyes.
Our staff of ophthalmic technicians works directly with the physicians
in providing eye exams and several types of specialized testing.
All the ophthalmologists
at Lexington Eye Associates are recognized as leaders in health
delivery and disease prevention. We are board-certified by the American
Board of Ophthalmology and hold teaching positions at Harvard Medical
School, Tufts Medical School, and Boston Children's Hospital. Some
of our physicians also have fellowship training in pediatric ophthalmology,
glaucoma, retinal surgery, and corneal surgery. Every physician
and professional staff member is required to participate in continuing
education programs which keeps Lexington Eye Associates at the forefront
of the latest techniques in the diagnosis and treatment of eye disease.
As the need
arises, Lexington Eye Associates has access not only to our own
qualified physicians and in-house specialists, but also to a wide
range of consultant physicians and institutions throughout the area.
Our staff has admitting privileges at Emerson Hospital, Winchester
Hospital, Children's Hospital, Mount Auburn Hospital, and the New
England Medical Center.
In the event
of an emergency, patients can contact Lexington Eye Associates 24
hours a day, seven days a week. Regularly scheduled appointments
are available in our suburban locations. Our regular office hours
are Monday through Friday with limited appointments on Saturdays.
It is our pleasure
to serve you. We welcome any comments or suggestions that you may
have to help us improve our services.
