FROM Route 2 East - take Exit 60 (not Route 60) Lake Street – E. Arlington. Bear right off the ramp, follow Lake Street for 1 1/2 miles to Mass Ave. Take a left onto Mass Ave for 1/4 mile. Lexington Eye is a white building on the right, on the corner of Mass Ave and Bates Road.

From Lexington - Follow Mass Ave passing through Arlington Heights, then Arlington Center. Walgreen’s will be on the right, just before Lexington Eye, which is on the left. The Capitol Theatre is just beyond Lexington Eye.

From Cambridge - Follow Mass Ave to Arlington. After entering Arlington, follow Mass Ave for 1 1/4 mile. Lexington Eye will be on the right on the corner of Mass Ave and Bates

Road. PARKING ON MASS AVE AND BATES ROAD.

From the East - Follow Route 2 West to Concord. Route 2 takes a sharp turn to the left at the intersection of Route 2A (at the bottom of the hill).  Stay on Route 2 past two more intersections, Walden Pond/Route 126 and Sudbury Road.  You will pass Emerson Hospital on your left.  Take the next left onto Main St./Route 62.  At the first light, take a right onto Baker Ave.  Take a left onto Baker Ave (across from a Veterinary office on the right) and proceed to the bottom of the hill; 300 is on your left.  Lexington Eye is on the second floor/suite 210.

From Route 128 - Take exit 29B off 128 to Route 2 West. Follow Route 2 for 6 ½ miles, or five sets of lights. At the sixth set of lights, take a left onto Route 62 West, toward West Concord/Maynard.  Turn right at the first traffic lights onto Baker Avenue.  Continue about .2 miles, then turn left into into 300 Baker Avenue. Lexington Eye is on the second floor/suite 210.

From the Northwest - Follow Route 2 or 2A East, past the Concord Rotary.  At the second set of lights (the first set is blinking), take a right onto Baker Ave and proceed to 300 on your right.  Lexington Eye is on the second floor/suite 210.

From Cambridge - Follow Route 2 West to the Waltham Street exit. Bear right on to Waltham Street, following signs to Lexington. Follow Waltham Street for 1 ½ mile, then take a left onto Worthen Road. Follow for another mile and ½, 21 Worthen Road is the last building on the left, just before the Walgreens Pharmacy. The main entrance is in the back of the building.

From Concord - Follow Route 2 East from Emerson Hospital for 2 miles. At the intersection of Route 2 and Route 2a, bear left onto Route 2a. Follow Route 2a to the st set of traffic lights. Turn left onto Mass. Ave. and follow until the traffic light. Take left on Worthen Road and #21 is the last building on the left, just before Walgreens Pharmacy. The main entrance is in the back of the building.

From 128 (95) - From the North or South take exit 31a, and follow 1 ½ miles or three sets of lights. At the third set of lights in Lexington, take a right on to Worthen Road. Lexington Eye is the first building on the right, just after the Walgreens Pharmacy. The main entrance of Lexington Eye Associates is in the back of the building.

From Route 3  - Take Route 3 South to 128 (95) South, then follow the above directions. From 225 Westford - Follow 225 East for 10 ½ miles to Lexington. From the intersection of Route 128 (95) it will be 1 mile or four sets of lights. At the fourth set of lights, take a right on to Worthen Road. Lexington Eye is the first building on the right, just after Walgreens Pharmacy. The main entrance is in the back of the building.
